What an amazing Villa in the heart of Seminyak, close to all the key restaurants, bars and clubs. You need to get past the Peppers security but we never felt unsafe regardless. The rooms of the villa are separated out so multiple families or friends have their own space but the communal massive open living and kitchen area is where we met for breakfast each day with Ayu and Perdi greeting us requesting whether we wanted a coffee and presented breakfast each morning. Juna was the evening staff member and between the three there was nothing that was too much trouble offering drinks, food, booking transport or helping with advice. The groundskeepers of ketut and wayan have the gardens looking like the tropical paradise it was. 2 pools, one slightly warmer than the other isn’t something you expect in a villa. We celebrated a friends milestone birthday where the team hand wove decorations for hours to make the stay special. Highly recommend and not a negative thing to say

Everything about our stay at Villa Sipo was amazing! The location, beautiful villa, gardens, pools and plenty of space for kids and adults to enjoy. The staff Ayu, Choman and Juna were wonderful, prepared delicious breakfasts each morning and assisted us to organise activities. We celebrated our mum’s 75th birthday at the villa and Made arranged a seafood dinner and traditional gamelan and dance performance. Thank you for an amazing experience and we look forward to returning soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Sipo. Ayu, Juna and Choman made our stay so great in every way. The Villa was impeccable. Ayu was always so obliging and even organised grocery pickups and activities for the kids. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to the team for making us feel so welcome!!!

Fantastic location, great staff and service. Met my expectations which were high given the excellent reviews which are thoroughly deserved. Close to all the action in Seminyak but very quiet location, especially at night. Staff (Agus, Suci and Yuli were excellent) and the villa with its 5 bedrooms and 2 pools accommodated our 2 families of 5 each easily. We will definitely be back.

After a 6 hour flight our extended family of nine finally arrived at Villa Sipo. From the moment we walked through the front gate we were welcomed so warmly by the staff Juna, Putu and Ayu and we were taken aback by the size of the whole property, the lush tropical garden's and two inviting pools. Not to mention the large, clean airconditioned bedrooms, all with ensuites. I loved the outdoor shower and huge bath tub. We were there to celebrate an 80th Birthday and it was the perfect place to come together with the family. On the special day, while we were out at lunch the staff decorated the main dining/lounge entertaining area so beautifully with their specially had folded decorations, it was a wonderful surprise. Later in the week we asked Ayu if she could give us a lesson in how to fold the palm leaves which my girls' thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were always so accommodating, nothing was too much. From the wonderful breakfast selection every morning to start our day, guiding us with all their local knowledge for our outings and organizing a Balinese dinner for us on our last day, the food was delicious. We had a lovely holiday and would thoroughly recommend Villa Sipo and its staff as a perfect holiday destination so close to everything. We thank you Juna, Putu and Ayu for looking after us and miss you already.

The villa was beautiful. The area was ideal for our vacation. The staff prepared the food every morning. The staff were attentive to our needs. The assigned driver, Adi, was nice and ensured we got to every destination promptly. The pool was clean. The sleeping area was as described on the website. My family and I were able to meet the owner Patrick. He was very nice and pleasant. Thank you all for an enjoyable vacation villa! Andrietta & Family

Immediately entering the villa was a wow moment. After a long journey, we received such a warm and friendly greeting from Ayu Sucika and Juli Permatasari. We were shown around the villa and bedrooms and given relevant information. The pools were kept clean by the groundsman, and the gardens were well maintained. Many hours were spent enjoying the pools during the day and in the evening when returning from a day out. The bedroom was impeccable, and the room was cleaned daily. The staff always checked the best time to go in and clean. Juna, Ayu, and Yuli were very attentive at all times but especially at breakfast. They were helpful with information about the area, and they arranged for an evening of entertainment and bbq at the villa. I would recommend this experience 100%. We also arranged a surprise for our friends' 60th birthday, which they helped with by putting up some decorations we had taken. All the staff were truly amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all the lovely staff for making this stay an amazing holiday and taking care of us all.
