Good location close to Kuta beach (just means traffic jam area). There is basement parking. For service and room there is no problem.

The services so good, clean hotel, good location which is near to foods, kuta beach, the staff so polite. Love to be here, but the rooftop swimming pool will close if raining will not open until tommorow.
