ZIA Hotel Kuta

We stayed one night on the day of arrival, as the hotel is not far from the airport. The hotel is tired, not for a long stay. For one night - a good option. The shower hose in the bathroom is leaky, it's time to change it, and generally monitor the condition of the rooms. I really liked the breakfast.

WORST experience in my entire stay at a hotel in BALI, because in the room we occupied 320: 1. The bathroom water leaked until it seeped out of the hotel room (photo), even though I had wiped it, it still leaked again!!! 2. The blanket was worn out, with lots of animal hair coming out (photo), dangerous for children, especially if inhaled it can cause allergies!!!! 3. One of the TOWELS WAS TORN and RAGGED!!!! 4. The room phone was OFF and did not work, I called the receptionist, including my cellphone, but no one answered!!!! 5. Cleanliness was ZERO, the floor was sticky and looked like it had not been maintained!!!!! 6. The Receptionist's Attitude was VERY BAD (like the Manager / PIC)!!!! If you want a hotel near KUTA for 475 thousand, there are still many DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL, don't be tempted by the location near KUTA or you will regret it like me!!!!! The only thing that was good was the BELL BOY service and the one who changed my TOWEL and Blanket, that was also the employee who changed the blanket because his position was cleaning up the room in front of my room!!! A very small room, a "French" balcony with a very narrow exit 😬 It smelled damp, I took breakfast alone - I didn't like it. There is a swimming pool on the roof, a couple of sun loungers. A mini gym with tired exercise machines. The beach is about 10 minutes walk away. Stay for one night, no more.

The room I had booked I did not get in the end, I got another room that was very disappointing. The curtains were broken, in the hallway to my hotel room it was wet and it smelled very unpleasant.
