I already knew this hotel because I had dinner there a year earlier and visited one of its rooms.
I have a Balinese friend who owns a villa 50 meters from this hotel.
The staff is very friendly, the room is very clean, the bathroom is quite small and dilapidated because the shower door did not close.
There are just two toothbrushes and two small tubes of toothpaste as well as liquid soap in the shower.
The water in the shower and the sink was lukewarm and quite unpleasant because it was greasy. I felt like I always had soap on my skin.
It was even worse in my friend's villa.
There is no mini bar, mini safe or telephone.
The room is quite small but adequate.
Choose the pool side because the street side will be noisy because of cars and motorbikes.
I had a room on the fifth floor with an elevator.
The restaurant meals offer little choice and are quite mediocre, especially the fries.
On the second day and the next day the television and wifi were no longer working.
The underground garage is convenient for parking your car.

The room is outdated, bed sheet and pillow are so dirty, the toilet also dirty. The hotel manager should look in to that and do something.
The lobby area and guest area looks okay on downstairs.
Location is only good for those who want quite place.

Seamless check in and the staffs are really friendly! The room was clean and it has a mini mart right outside, which is really convenient!
