We loved it! We got an upgrade to an executive suite from trip.com, which was wonderful. Very spacious, with a bathtub and shower. Varied breakfast included, although for personal tastes we didn't appreciate it much because there were many typical salty dishes. Very kind and always available staff.
Too bad about the location, because it is on a very busy main road, impossible to cross but close to the shopping center. 15/20 minutes by car from the Kuta sea.

Location is good! Just opposite to a big malls etc with lots of eateries and supermarket. There’s a swimming pool at the top deck. Did not rate 5 for cleanliness because, I heard some shuffling sound at the middle of the night, my partner thought is was a break in. But in the morning after we woke up and light on, I saw cockroach around the rubbish bin area. The shuffling of plastic sound should be from there. But we ate in the room the previous night and throw it in the bin. So, we could be the culprit to invite the cockroach!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location is great, close to several attractions, and the breakfast had a lot of variety. The common areas, such as the pool, were well maintained and were a great addition to the experience.
The rooftop pool is wonderful
I recommend it!

Everything was great. the room is spacious, clean, tidy and pretty. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options.
