Everything was great. the room is spacious, clean, tidy and pretty. The breakfast is delicious with plenty of options.

Very nice hotel in appearance. However, several points need to be reviewed, in particular the quality of breakfast from nine o'clock onwards, nothing is restocked. The water is struggling to arrive with a very low flow rate and double glazing would be welcome.

The hotel is a little old considering its location, but the price was cheap and it was great. The rooftop pool was great for a change of pace, but the breakfast area was a little small.

When I entered the hotel, I already had a bad feeling - it was pretty run down and full of vermin, almost like the jungle. After I was assigned my room and entered it, it immediately smelled strongly of mold. I wanted to take a shower, but when I opened the toilet, a cockroach startled me. I then left the room and went to the lobby to look for a new hotel. When I found one and went back to my room, I saw several small ants killing a cockroach in front of the door.
When I then got my things, I came across a few frogs hopping around the hotel and a few cats walking in and out.
The sight of the breakfast room was the last straw - diarrhea was almost inevitable.
I wanted to cancel the hotel, but the owner refused to refund me. Trip at least paid me half back as a gesture of goodwill.
This hotel really can't be saved!

The place was nice, very beautiful with a big bedroom, bathtub and shower. It has a small fridge in the room. There were some stains on the sink, but it wasn't because it wasn't cleanest but because it was "old". The staff is always glad to help so that makes it all good.

Excellent customer service. Good value for money. They serve delicious food. The hotel is located in the center of kuta & just near to malls.
