We came here for a destination wedding with a family. The rooms are big, one single-story and one double-story. The swimming pool is not very big, but it is very clean. There is a restaurant in the hotel and a few minutes walk to the beach and the commercial center. The housekeeper Dharmawan's service was excellent. He allowed us to simply decorate the room and helped us to restore the furniture the next day after we moved it. He made a few more breakfasts on the wedding day without any extra charge, and the breakfast was ready on time at 6:30. You can order food with the housekeeper. Knowing that we came from China, he specially made a Chinese meal with Indonesian characteristics. Some dishes were spicy but tasted good. Thanks to all the staff!

This small courtyard is really great, very quiet and clean, with a good environment. It is also equipped with a housekeeper, who brought his staff to cook breakfast for us on the spot. It is close to the sea and the business district. Next time we go on a family trip, we will book this hotel again. There were some small twists and turns in the middle, and the housekeeper helped us coordinate and solve them. It was great.

Villa design is nice and spacious but overall maintenance is questionable. Overall cleanliness needs improvement.
Taps are broken (wobbly) in the biggest room. One of the single bed Duvet is very old and dirty and duvet cover used felt dirty. Certain part of Floor right in front of room is not properly cleaned despite reminders given. Felt bad for my friend who had that room. Hand towels not replenished on 2nd day. TV remote control not working well. Butler service?? Other than the breakfast being cooked onsite with pre orders made day before, we have no idea how to get support. They had my mobile and was supposed to connect with me. No effort made by them and I didn’t bother.
