Very pleasant stay! The food and breakfast was really good, the room is clean and have everything needed. We loved the pool and the view it oversees. The only downside is the bathroom, the lighting is very weak, even in the morning it’s very dark as sunlight doesn’t reach in. It’s connected to the outdoor but that’s common in Bali. Good location and they have shuttles provided to go in to Ubud centre.

This hotel is lovely, the private pool is amazing. The staff is really helpful and the floating breakfast was great. Although they charge an additional 150 000 for the floating tray. It’s more or a couple vibe though so its a good choice if you’re traveling with your partner.

Everything was great, great rooms with great views that you can admire forever and the pool, very good breakfasts, the dishes in the restaurant are all delicious. The service is not intrusive. The only thing that overshadowed a little - during the day it is sometimes noisy from people rising from rafting (there is a staircase from the river behind the fence), but this is not the hotel's fault.

The staff at the hotel are friendly and the service is fast and good. Food is also good. Nice hotel view. But unfortunately there is no lift so if you bring parents whose legs are not strong, especially those who use a wheelchair, it is not recommended. Will come back here another time.

The resort has a very great view and enjoyable private pool in the villa. Breakfast is serve by ala carte with vary options made by fresh ingrediants. I have a massage by the pool in the villa which so relaxing melted the natural environment surrounding. They serve the afternoon tea by complimentary also.

This was my lovely stay at Black Penny which has incredible views from the villas. The staff are always very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating, and took great care of me. The food in the restaurant is always good quality, and the cooking class was fun. Will definitely stay again.
