The room is spacious, location is great. Very close to famous restaurants and many massage centers nearby. However, cleanliness will need to improved. There are many stains on the bedsheets, seems use too long. And the bathroom has many stains on the floor, sinks and also toilet bowl. Towel color is nearly black.

All local TV broadcasts, WiFi wasn't provided, so didn't use it.
There is a deposit for the key: 50 thousand.
The shower is too high, the towels are ready to be retired, crumpled, yellowed.
There are no slippers, the room seems to be rarely mopped.
