A hotel with a very rare level of luxury, over a 4-night stay we found nothing to improve (even though we were very demanding). The setting is splendid, the rooms large and clean. The swimming pool area is ideal and the hotel restaurant offers exceptional Balinese food. All of course with perfect service. Our stay at the oberoi was a great comfort. Well done.

Our villa was nothing like the photos provided. Very deceiving. Very old, dirty and run down. We booked and paid for an early check in, which was not given. Only entered two hours later than what we paid and confirmed for, after several calls and messages continuing days after the refund was finally received but first accidentally being double charged then voided then refunded. Linen had not been changed, sheets were covered in mascara and foundation and the children’s room had blood stained sheets, so we had to ask for new sheets. Sofas were torn and filthy. So many more negative points to make but basically I would recommend that you search for other options. Total mismanagement in this property! We’d travelled around Seminyak and stayed in other villas that were absolutely spectacular. It costs very little to provide clean accommodation.

A top-of-the-range resort bathed in Hinduism and all its symbols, the place is grandiose and magical, especially after dark. The restaurant serves refined cuisine in a sober and intimate Maharaja's palace decor. The Chef is German and a follower of molecular cuisine but without excess. The menu is very varied and the taste quality worthy of starred chefs. I highly recommend a visit if not a stay.

It is a very beautiful establishment located on the edge of Seminyak beach. It’s a traditional style that you’ll find more in Ubud with old lava stones with a very pretty swimming pool and very pretty villas. Very professional service, healthy cuisine

We recently spent 7 nights in Villa 1 as a family of 4. We found our Villa amazing with a great layout although the bedrooms are quite apart so would not be ideal if you had really young children. All the Villas are separate and different layouts, decor ect. This is about Villa 1. If you look on the website it is the white open plan style Villa. Everything we needed was available for a great family holiday. The location of this Villa is amazing with fantastic restaurants very close by. About a 5 minute walk to Seminyak Beach and a further 10 minute stroll along the beach to the famous beach beanbags. The staff were amazing. Our Villa was cleaned every day. We felt safe, secure and welcome throughout our whole stay.
