A Truly Memorable Stay at Oceanview Tulamben Dive Resort! 🌊
We had an incredible experience at Oceanview Tulamben Dive Resort! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations.
The food selection was amazing – from hearty breakfasts to delicious Chinese and Western options, every meal was a treat. The resort’s location is perfect – quiet and serene, facing the ocean and right in front of the iconic USAT Liberty Shipwreck, making diving access super convenient.
A huge shoutout to the lovely manager, Ms Chris (宇琪), who went above and beyond for us. She helped arrange a last-minute dive instructor for the Open Water course, guided me patiently as I prepared for my AOW certification, and answered all my questions with such care and warmth.
Special thanks as well to Dive Instructor Mia, Dive Instructor Wayan, Dive Master Ratok, and the many hardworking staff members who were so kind and helpful – even going out of their way to help us fulfill our craving for Babi Guling!
The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, and the team even helped prepare a surprise setup in the room for my partner’s birthday, which made the trip even more special.
Thank you once again for the wonderful hospitality. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

We just stayed here for our dive, but i wanted to do a short summary anyways, The place is incredible tidy, espcially for indonesia. The food seems fresh, but more amazing are several pools, the super fresh cut lawn und of course the nice things (ship wreck) you can see if you dive. Be aware that the entrance to the sea is extremly rough if you were your diving equipment, due to a lot of uneven stones. But the view you get once in the water is just next level.

This resort was a major disappointment on a fantastic Bali trip. In our view, this resort did not fit into the trip at all. This resort is max 2 stars. Poorly maintained rooms. We started in a standard room, which was like a dressing room of a run-down football club. Broken tiles, mold on the walls and zero atmosphere. Then got a deluxe room, which was slightly better. Still a very atmospheric room and still very poorly maintained. I would stay away from here

Passing through Tulamben to pass our level two diving via the Baliberty diving club located in Sanur, we appreciated the choice of this establishment for its location close to the site of the Liberty wreck as well as for its charming welcome. The cottages are comfortable and scattered in a perfectly maintained garden, with beautiful swimming pools and a magnificent view of the sea.

Amazing! I was rather skeptical when I made the reservation. It all looked and sounded great, but usually the write-up and photos are a lot more impressive than the actual facility. Ocean View Dive Resort was even better than the write-up and photos! The rooms are very large and comfortable, with huge bathroom and private patios overlooking meticulously landscaped and mainained grounds. Every one of the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. I expected the diving to be nearby, but was not expecting to walk 150', enter the water, swim 5 minutes, and be diving on the USS Liberty shipwreck. Other dive sites, including the really nice Boga Wreck, were only a few minutes in the courtesy shuttle. My personal guide was super friendly and knowledgable, pointing out an amazing array of fish, corals, etc. that I would never have seen without his experienced, keen eye. At checkout I was expecting a lot of hidden charges for little extras here and there. Surprise again, there were none! I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I whole-heartedly recommend Ocean View Dive Resort, and assure you that you will not be dissapointed if you book a visit with them.
