Hotel is conveniently located near to many eateries, shopping streets etc along Monkey Forest & Ubud Raya road.
There are 3 F&B outlets (breakfast, one serving Asian contemporary cuisine & “Pasir” serving Mediterranean food) in the hotel itself. “Pasir” is very popular & crowded on most days, food is also very good, we ate there for 2 dinners.
Hotel is beautiful with plenty of greenery, also very cooling. Interior might be a bit old but overall well kept.
I would definitely recommend to friends/relatives who are visiting Ubud Bali.

1. Although the check-in time is 2 o'clock, we have to wait in the hotel lobby from 1 o'clock to 2 o'clock. We can't check in before 2 o'clock. When we asked, we were told that we can only check in at 2 o'clock. We checked in immediately at 2 o'clock. It means that the room was ready before 2 o'clock but we were not allowed to check in early. It's ridiculous. We have never met anyone who had to wait in the lobby until 2 o'clock to check in.
2. The bed sheets in the room were dirty and not washed, and there were holes
3. The overall facilities in the room were very old, and there were few plugs, only 1 at the kettle and 1 hair dryer in the bathroom
4. The water pressure in the bathroom was good

The accomodation was clean, comfortable and safe. There was a huge selection of food for breakfast. The staff was friendly and precessional and the location was great for exploring Ubud town on food

It was a great hotel that was centrally located. In the middle of a street full of eateries. Donna. Watercress , ubud art market and monkey forest within walking the hotel. Rooms were very spacious, but a little bit dated. Aircon was nt very cold. But survivable. Overall, staff were attentive to us whenever we leave or enter the hotel.

Nice beach view. Very relaxing no one disturb. As surrounding no major malls and shops.
Toilet facilities need to relook again. Smell cant go off.
Very friendly staffs.
Will definitely revisit again.

The soundproofing is really good, but the air conditioner was a little noisy at night. I told them about it, and they took care of it right away, but the noise came back a few hours later. The restaurant has a small selection of dishes, but the menu is different every day, which was nice. The pool was nice and deep! The gym was a little poor.

Great location if you like to be close to the action but it’s quiet once you enter the hotel. Super attentive staff! Beautiful pools! We liked the a la carte breakfast vs buffet as we find the later is a little too overwhelming at times. Free afternoon tea is a nice touch too!
