Down side of villas are the insects and falling leaves which are inevitable, nice location and friendly staff helpful to assist.

Second time staying here, beautiful villas in a quiet location, walking distance to Bintang supermarket and all the shopping and restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the beach,
The villa I stayed in is in need of some care, the spa bath didn’t work, the shower was broken on my arrival but reported and fixed immediately, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast included was a bonus

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were disappointed with the villa, Firstly the cooking facilities were very limited and no water dispenser with fresh water was supplied. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and the pool had a very deep step to get in and out of the pool. The complex was in a great location but we probably not stay again.

Ok place to stay
Nice pool area and the roomspace was good. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Ok breakfest choises. Location near the main shopping street of Seminyak. Big problem with the room was big crack in the main door even after you closed it. Mosquites got in the first day.

From check in to check out I was in heaven, huge beautiful villa with separate air conditioned living area. Large pool, seperate outdoor toilet and shower, so much better than expected and truthful photos , also best breakfasts included
