The staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were disappointed with the villa, Firstly the cooking facilities were very limited and no water dispenser with fresh water was supplied. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and the pool had a very deep step to get in and out of the pool. The complex was in a great location but we probably not stay again.

Excellente villa, idéale pour deux personnes, avec une belle piscine privée, un grand séjour-salle à manger et une grande salle de bain. Très proche des artères principales de Seminyak avec restaurants et commerces, et mention spéciale pour le personnel qui était incroyablement sympathique et serviable! Je recommande!

Ok place to stay
Nice pool area and the roomspace was good. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Ok breakfest choises. Location near the main shopping street of Seminyak. Big problem with the room was big crack in the main door even after you closed it. Mosquites got in the first day.

petit déjeuner vraiment médiocre juste 1 jus 3 pan cake 1 boisson chaude le pire nous devons choisir la veille.cela ne merite pas le prix.tres peu de vaisselle
j ai séjourner dans 3 autres hôtels pendant mon séjour celui-ci est le pire déçu

Heaven
From check in to check out I was in heaven, huge beautiful villa with separate air conditioned living area. Large pool, seperate outdoor toilet and shower, so much better than expected and truthful photos , also best breakfasts included

A good experience. Villa was comfortable and a good size, Bathroom excellent and great breakfast. Staff were first rate, friendly and helpful.
