Great Stay
We had a great time at Element Ubud. The staff were super friendly and helpful, though some could improve their English a bit. Big shoutout to William at breakfast, he was super attentive, spoke great English, and totally got what we needed and more.

Friendly staff. Hotel is out of busyness of the city but yet provide shuttle service to the city. Love it will stay again soon

3박 4일동안 3인 가족 우붓 여행을 하면서 정말 많은 고민을 하였고 다른호텔도 예약을 하고 취소도 하여 최종적으로 숙박한 호텔이였습니다. 저녁늦게 도착해서 식사를 못할거라고 생각했는데 석식가능 시간이 넉넉하여 정말 인생 나시고랭을 먹었네요. 다만 밤늦은 시간이라서 다른음료를 주문하지 않고 물을 요청하였는데 아주 비싼 물이 청구되어서 살짝 당황했지만 그래도 주문한 햄버거와 나시고랭 그리고 샐러드는 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장 관리도 깔끔하게 관리되어서 걱정한 발리밸리도 숙박하면서 경험하지 못했고요, 객실에 미니바도 무료였고, 셔틀버스도 유용하게 이용하였습니다. 아침 요가수업을 신청했는데 아쉽게도 강사가 당일 교통사고로 인해서 도착하지 못해서 취소가 된게 가장 아쉽네요. 개미도 없었고요, 모기도 없었고요, 침구도 깨끗했고, 웨스틴 다음 호텔보다 침구가 습하지도 않아서 쾌적한 숙면을 하였답니다. 프론트에 직원들도 다 친절하였고, 객실 이동때 복도에서 만난 직원들도 반갑게 인사를 나눠서 뭔가 관리를 하고 있는 호텔이구나라는 생각을 들었답니다. 조식은 다른 웨스틴 호텔에서 조식을 많이 먹어봐서 살짝 종류는 다양하지 않았지만, 그래도 오믈렛을 꼭 추천하고 싶은 메뉴입니다.

Still feel like newly opened hotel. Rather like a business type than a resort. Not big premises but Breakfast was good, the food has a variety of selection suitable both for asian & westerner taste.

Very friendly to Chinese people. Stayed for two days. All domestic UnionPay cards are accepted in the hotel. The service attitude is also very good. The food in the restaurant is also OK. The rooftop bar is also very quiet.
