The location is ideal for surfing and it was the best mattress I had in my three weeks in Bali. Food was good. The property is mostly clean, and quite pretty, though the shower has chicken wire covering the window—and mosquitoes got in.
Walls are paper thin and my neighbors smoked and the smoke came into my room on a regular basis.

Amazing location right on the beach and convenient. I would have liked a better lock on my door, as the compound is exposed to the broader community since it's adjacent to a surf beach.

We were a group of 14 staying locally and came for brunch and dinner on a number of occasions. Each time we were treated beautifully with lovely friendly service. Great food and a beautiful setting overlooking the sea. We also took advantage of their delivery service to our villa which worked really well.

This tourism accommodation is in front of Balian Beach, very popular among tourists, especially surfers. Elegant rooms, swimming pool, restaurant, bar are available here. Can be used for weddings and yoga.

Quiet retreat next to the beach. Absolutely loved this place, a great place to go to just relax, unwind, and watch the surf. Check-in was without issue and the staff were accommodating. Room was basic and rustic, but was still fantastic. I was lucky enough to have a room that had a view of the beach, and an open air shower. Restaurant was decent, but unfortunately the restaurant across the road was closed for renovations. Top tip, bring some cash so you can visit the other restaurants behind the resort. Beach was special. We didn't try the food based on the reviews on TripAdvisor, but the setting is great for a drink while watching the sunset! The staff is friendly and smiling, it's a pleasure! Go there for a drink only!!!!!!!

We didn’t stay at the hotel but had a day trip to Balkan beach. We paid 50k for a pool voucher for two, this included two loungers, two orange juices and Tempe fried (which were insanely delicious!). The pool area was lovely and is right on the beach where you can watch the surfers. The food ordered from the restaurant and served at the pool was delicious and the service was very efficient and friendly. Would definitely return!
