Novotel Bali Benoa

Отель оставил хорошее впечатление: красивая ухоженная территория, доброжелательный персонал, чистый и просторный номер, большой выбор еды на шведском столе, вкусная еда в ресторане. По приезде нам повысили бесплатно класс номера, но заселение заняло полтора часа из-за неполадок в номере. В конце июля в отеле было много людей, иногда проблематично было найти шезлонг около бассейна. У отеля есть пляж, но очень небольшой и с не самым чистым морем, так что за время пребывания мы видели пару человек в воде.

First of all, it's a well-established five-star hotel with decent amenities. Luckily, our two rooms were upgraded to tropical rooms upon check-in. However, for some reason, the window and other areas in the room were very dusty, and the drains were clogged. Finally, if you needed anything restocked, you had to wait a long time. But parents and children were very satisfied. The staff were always smiling and very friendly. Regarding the location, since I rented a car this time, it was fine, but otherwise it would be inconvenient.

It was so good for the price, I'm glad I made a reservation~ There are almost no Koreans, and it's right in front of the beach, so it was good for a vacation~ It's not a busy place, but it's quiet, and it seems a little old, but I'm satisfied with the reservation because it's not expensive~ I'll rest well~ It was good except for the fact that the weather in Bali is not so good these days~ It seems like the weather has changed from Korea... It's raining a lot~

The room is a bit shabby, but the location and service are great. The price is right. Breakfast is 130 per person. The environment is very good, facing the sea. The breakfast is good, but there are not many types. There is a supermarket next to the hotel, which has an ATM, which is very convenient.
