One of the best hotels we have ever visited.
The staff is very caring and attentive. They responded to all our requests and met all our needs.
Excellent food in the hotel restaurant, breakfasts are top notch.
The SPA is the best we have visited in Bali. Classic Balinese massage is performed by first-class professionals, a real ceremony, you completely relax in their hands and incense.

The design of this hotel is just weird. First, I stayed in a two-story villa. The upper floor was for sleeping, while the lower floor was for showering and using the bathroom. If you needed to use the bathroom at night, you had to walk up the stairs and bring your room card to the bathroom on the lower floor...

I had a great view of Uluwatu and the infinity pool was fantastic.
I could watch the sunrise and sunset from the infinity pool, and the breakfast was especially delicious!!

Seascape Uluwatu was quite a hidden gem, really hidden… which is good in ways that it is quiet, relaxing, and the view was just spectacular.
Booked a private room with two stories just for ourselves. Great privacy, even with a private pool to ourselves.
However, restaurant’s food was a bit disappointing. The modern Japanese cuisine wasn’t very fresh nor particularly good (maybe seasonal problems or the weather was too hot?). Though the rolls are good, some dishes are a bit “pretentious”, trying to be fancy or too fusion-ish, but it just eh. It was alright.

Cleanliness: The tableware provided in the room was unclean, the bathroom drain was clogged, and the room had a strong sewer smell.
Service: For a daily fee of 50 RMB, the service was barely adequate. The front desk staff wouldn't help with luggage during checkout and even had to inspect the room.
The pool and gym were small and largely unequipped.
Summary: A two-bedroom ocean view room at 2,000 RMB per night is acceptable, but otherwise, it's not worth it.

Facilities: The public area is not big but the facilities are complete, the swimming pool is very clean, and there are not many people.
Environment: The hotel's internal environment is very good, but you have to climb stairs to get anywhere. However, there are not many places to eat nearby, so you have to take a taxi to go out
Service: The housekeeper service is very timely and basically responds to every request. Especially Miss Anjani at the front desk is very enthusiastic!
BTW, the hotel's SPA is very cost-effective, but the breakfast options are not rich enough.

Our 2-bedroom seaview villa is very nice especially the long swimming pool. Food at the Tsune restaurant is amazingly good. The spa is a must visit! Service is excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay.
