The room itself was impeccable, very quiet, and the facilities all worked well, automatic smart toilet, Dyson, etc. I give full marks for hygiene/environment/facilities.
But the service process was very poor. We checked in three rooms and the check-in time was as long as an hour. We were still assigned the wrong room and no breakfast coupons were given.
Breakfast coupons are given out arbitrarily. When I went to the front desk to ask for them, they were confused and unwilling to give them to me, so I had to pay for them again.
I was waiting to check in at the front desk (I waited for an hour), and I was sitting on a board next to me. The board collapsed and I fell and was injured. The hotel also asked me to pay 500 yuan in compensation (I weigh 112 pounds).
There is also a breakfast shop within a 10-minute walk from the hotel.

This vila is excelent. Here are six reasons why I think like that. 1. The view is perfect. You can enjoy a beautiful view of rice fields from the swimming pool. If the sky is clear, you can see the sunset. 2. My room was confortable. It is decorated with warm colours. There are a wide TV(you can watch Netflix), a nice shower room, and a heated toilet. 3. You can go to Canggu in 25 minutes. 4. There are marvelous cafes and restaurants. 5. If you like surfing or padel, you can access the beach or a padel field in 5 minutes by bike. 6. The staffs are kind and friendlly. So the neighbours are. According the local people, Kedungu is developing right now. It's like Canggu 10 years ago. Even though the locations is great, there are still not busy. In the future Kedung would be one of the popular destinations in Bali. Why don't you escape from crowds and enjoy a peaceful atmosphere in Bali?

It was a must-have accommodation for a pleasant trip. The view of the accommodation where everything was comfortable and clean was impressive. The amenities were good to use and the staff was friendly. It was a peaceful healing while I stayed and enjoyed watching the green field and the beach on the terrace. I also liked the interior design as if I were in a nice hotel

Stayed at SOKO in Kedungu recently, and it was exactly what I needed. The place has this perfect balance of being peaceful yet still close to the beach, which made it super easy to just relax. The design is simple but so well done. it feels warm and natural without trying too hard. The team there was super nice, always around if you needed anything but not in your face, which I really appreciated. Definitely a great spot if you’re into something low-key and a little more off the beaten path.
