It was only built last year so it was very clean and the staff were very kind, which I was happy about. However, there were some inconveniences, such as the shower only producing cold water and the hair dryer only blowing cold air!

The location is ideal: it is close to the airport and a short walk to the main street for food and drinks. This villa is advertised as newly built in 2024, and the only drawback is the management. The floor is extremely sticky, and the room we were given was not thoroughly cleaned. After nine days in Papuan and Manggis, we only stayed here for one night to make the journey to the airport easier, but we had to clean the incredibly filthy floor. Although the office is normally empty, the counter person was lying on the sofa with the phone playing on the earphones and the air conditioner running full blast at night. It is strange that they work the other way around, and the office gets hot during the day without air conditioning. There is no fridge in the room. The shower faucets were rusted.
