The room is luxurious. The territory, the pool are very beautiful. The staff is polite, friendly. We booked a room with breakfast, because we did not want to go out anywhere in the morning, and in other reviews we saw that the breakfast was good, but it was very economical, we were left hungry. You could choose only 1 item on the menu - 2 eggs cooked in different ways, sausages or bacon, mushrooms or avocado, or something else, bread also from 3 options. It turned out to be a very modest portion - 2 eggs, a few pieces of avocado, bread, 2 small sausages, a small cup of black coffee. We came for dinner, and also left hungry. The bathroom is open, the bathroom itself is nice, but there was not enough hot water to fill it. Bathrobes, bathroom accessories are nice. There is no TV, there are practically no free sockets either, they are all in inconvenient places and are occupied by lamps. I think this room is for relaxation, yoga, etc. so as not to get stuck in phones at all, to forget about gadgets. For this money the room is cool, you can take a lot of beautiful photos, that's all for me.

The hotel's facilities were excellent. The room was very spacious and felt like a small art gallery. The pool area was also very beautiful. We had lunch at the hotel twice, and it was both reasonably priced and delicious. Good facilities for doing yoga class

Very good welcome, exceptional setting, huge room with pool view, excellent breakfast everything was absolutely perfect. Loved the place, it was so beautiful and quiet. Staff were amazing,friendly and helpful. Everything beautiful, large and spacious rooms, furnished with simplicity and care. A wonderful garden with a great pool.

Very beautiful hotel: green territory, well-kept, cozy, authentic design, interesting interior details. The room is spacious, the bed is huge and high, the mattress and pillows are comfortable. Rooms are cleaned daily, but you can refuse, I asked every other day. Drinking bottled water is also offered to be replenished every day. Breakfasts are delicious and filling, my favorite is avocado toast with salmon, amazing. You can try traditional breakfasts, but be prepared that fried rice and noodles are too greasy and a little spicy, my digestion could not cope with this. The staff is friendly, always ready to help.

wow.... this place is absolutely beautiful!! the room and bathroom was absolutely huge. its in the perfect quiet location, just a moped ride from canggu. the pool and grounds were so chilled and welcoming. we loved it loads. Pretty much everything. The room was wonderful and the hotel facilities were very good.

Staying at Kropak for a week for us was wonderful. We gave this property to ourselves for a week and did not regret it. The shower products and soaps are an extra touch, their smell was wonderful. The staff was always very kind and helpful for any question or request. The food in the restaurant is great, we had dinner and lunch several times in the structure because because of the rain we could not go out and it was always delicious. The pool is huge, surrounded by trees and nature instills an incredible sense of freedom.
