Simple hotel in a rice paddy - short walk to Ubud. Rooms were clean and well appointed with views out over the rice paddies, very quiet. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Great location to reach Ubud in a short walk or motorbike ride. Plenty of choices for lovely restaurants and cafes around.

不得不說，nirwa homestay完完全全地拯救了我的巴厘島之旅。我和六個小夥伴一起剛剛考完期末考試，想在回家前放鬆一下之前緊張的心情，本來打算的只是把巴厘島當做一個普通的旅遊度假海島一樣，在沙灘上晒晒太陽，在大海里遊一遊。 幸虧我們沒有選擇住在海灘附近的酒店，而是選擇了這裏。這裡有超級熱情友善的老闆made和他的老婆ayu，兒子帥小伙alit（alit高三了還陪着我們到處玩非常過意不去……）。三位都非常健談，跟他們聊天可以了解到你住酒店絕對接觸不到的風土人情。而且通過老闆訂各種tour折扣不斷啊。ex：ayu河漂流原價70美刀，我還沒砍價，老闆直接就給我半價35刀。該民宿位於ubud烏布鎮，附近就有餐廳，酒吧，spa館，離皇宮也很近。去海邊或者山上玩可以包他們的車，老闆made或者他的兒子alit就會開着車陪你們玩上一整天，所以完全不會有不方便的地方；價格也很公道，52美刀一天，我們7個人均攤下來才一個人不到10刀。 在機場接機的路上還跟我們開玩笑說現在都是他的exgirlfriend在給他家做飯，結果是因為已經從girlfriend晉陞成為wife了所以是exgirlfriend……略冷…… 就像打分一樣，住宿的舒適度跟衛生程度非常好，大床加上蚊帳讓你感覺像是成為了當地的貴族。窗外即是一片綠油油的稻田，庭院中有茂密的熱帶植物和一個小亭子。每天玩累了回來以後，我們都會坐在這裏聊天喝茶，最後一晚上更是不舍地在這裏打了一個通宵的牌…… 這裏值得讚賞的地方還有太多太多，老闆娘ayu美味不限量的免費早餐，老闆拿高粱酒騙我是holy water讓我喝，拿回祭祀過後的水果蛋糕分給我們吃…… 總之，這裡是一個可以讓你全身心放鬆，完美享受巴厘島之行的地方。我是一個十分熱愛和睦家庭氛圍的人，nirwa homestay絕對無愧於HOMESTAY之稱。 （可以忽略的最後一段）不知道你們是否聽過這樣一句話，巴厘語中沒有“天堂”二字，因為巴厘就是天堂。這裏真的是一個非常美麗的天堂，不過，往往愛上一個城是因為愛上一個人，希望你們都能相愛的人一起來到這裏。 山 有 木 兮 木 有 枝

The most friendly and comfortable hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Felt right at home straight away. Located in the rice fields along a cosy road away from the noise of the Main Street. They organised us a scooter immediately without any issues and consistently made us feel welcome. I will recommend Nirwa Ubud Karma to everyone I know when they come to Bali! 10/10… can’t wait to return in the future :)) thank you again to our lovely hosts! ＜3

В первую очередь хотелось бы поблагодарить работников отеля за их доброту, дружелюбие и гостеприимство! Можно сказать, что стафф живет своим местом. Каждый раз тебя встретят с улыбкой, спросят как дела и как прошел твой день, а также спросят не нужна ли тебе какая-либо помощь и нет ли у тебя каких-нибудь вопросов. Было очень приятно увидеть украшенный номер к нашему приезду - поездка на Бали была нашим свадебным путешествием. Мы заселялись вечером, таксист созвонился с работником отеля, чтобы они помогли отвезти наши вещи и проводить нас до места, т. к. машина туда проехать не может. После мегаполиса было странно идти по дорогое в отель в полной тишине, раздавались только звуки квакающих лягушек, сверчков и прочей живности. В течение буквально нескольких часов ты уже привыкаешь к этому и полностью растворяешься в этой атмосфере уединенности. В номере стоит кровать с тумбочками, один шкаф и стол, вентилятор на потолке. Без излишеств, но все необходимое для проживания есть. В ванной есть шампунь, мыло, напор воды хороший. В номере также был зонт и средство от комаров. С утра, первым делом открыв окно, мы увидели прекрасный вид на рисовое поле (мы проживали на 3 этаже). К сожалению, поля не были зелеными, но это никак не испортило впечатление. Меню на завтрак достаточно простое, но питательное: можно выбрать чай/кофе, фруктовую тарелку/фруктовый сок, зеленый блин с бананом (обязательно попробуйте)/тосты/разнообразные блюда из яиц и тд. Время в пути от главной дороги до отеля занимает примерно минут 7, по пути есть несколько кафе (обратите внимание, что в основном они работают до 9, максимум до 10 часов вечера), маленькие магазины, массажные салоны. Последний участок дороги до отеля - узкая тропа между рисовыми полями. На байке проехать можно, но нужно быть аккуратным. Номера убирают каждый день довольно хорошо. В целом отель оставил только положительные впечатления, особенно за такую цену. Это то место, в котором нужно пожить, чтобы прочувствовать Убуд. Из минусов - в номере скрипела кровать при малейшем движении - в номере нет телевизора, холодильника, кондиционера и сейфа, но это скорее не минус, а просто для информации

It was indeed a pleasure to come back to this heaven of peace and authenticity ! I could not have felt more welcome. The hosts are always there if needed. Large rooms and bathrooms are also the highlight of the place. I hope to come back soon 🙏🏻

We would recommend this home stay. Very friendly family and very flexible with all things. The rooms are very big and the air conditioner was working well. It’s very peaceful around here and the city is nearby 3 minutes to go. Great place ! The breakfast was delishes, too. Fresh fruits and an awesome green pancake. The rooms are clean.

NOT RECOMMENDED, what’s offered& what’s on offer are not compatible. There is no pool nor is there a roof top yoga area . The owners were not there to greet us nor was it explained that a taxi could not reach the venue so we dragged our luggage for 1/2 hour the long way round as no directions were given . The room was large but no hanging space & a tiny blanket spread over a large bed did not suffice . The wooden bench outside had no cushions so was uncomfortable to sit on . Towels & bed linen was hung from our balcony which was unsightly . A Water bottle was supplied but never replenished. The outside areas were littered with old paint tins , ladders , clotheslines & the owners washing , old ceremony paraphernalia & generally untidy . Breakfast was in a dark underground room & very basic . Far Better options for the same price abound nearby . Don’t visit.
