The house is very big, with two separate rooms, but the design of the rooms is unreasonable. The roof is made of wood veneer, and the sound of rain is very loud. The bathroom and toilet are open. There is an ant nest next to the toilet, which is densely packed with ants. The pool is large but there are many leaves and sand. The door is very heavy, and it is very difficult for ladies to open the door, and children can't open it at all. There are a lot of mosquitoes.
Advantages are: the service is very good, and they are very enthusiastic throughout the whole process. We booked four nights and stayed for two nights because of the noise, so we refunded it, and the hotel agreed and did not charge extra fees. There are restaurants, ATMs, and supermarkets opposite the hotel, which is very convenient.
The design of the hotel is very unhuman. You have to walk up high steps to the lobby, there are no fixed walls, and there are leaks on all sides when it is windy and rainy. There is no glass in the parking lot, and passengers will get wet in the rain. The layout of the hotel room is unreasonable, and there is no curtain on the dining table. Breakfast will be exposed to the sun, all kinds of unreasonable designs. In addition, there is no so-called free spa in the comments, which needs to be paid.

The Santai js a hidden gem! Despite the location isn’t the most tourist friendly one, it has everything it takes to be a perfect resort. The very helpful staff, the spacious villa with a sizeable pool, the delicious in-villa dining…we just cannot ask for more at this extremely reasonable price. Special thanks for Ruan and Bagas who went all the way to make our stay an enjoyable one. I will come again in my next Bali trip.
