Staying at D’Griya Carik during Nyepi was a truly special and unforgettable experience. Quiet, peaceful, and serene—as if the world had stopped for a moment, leaving only the soothing sounds of nature. What made it even more special was that we were the only guests staying there, making the atmosphere very private and exclusive.
The room we stayed in was incredibly comfortable, with perfectly cool air conditioning, creating an optimal atmosphere of relaxation. From the window, the expanse of green rice fields stretched out, presenting a soothing view. And the most exciting thing? The swimming pool! Swimming in the middle of a quiet atmosphere with a beautiful rice field backdrop is an experience that is hard to find anywhere else.
The service from the staff is also worth a thumbs up, especially Bli Deni and the other two staff who were so friendly and very helpful. The personal touch in their service made us feel truly appreciated as guests.
As a small suggestion, it would be even more perfect if there was a more varied room service menu, so that the experience of staying there would be more complete.

The villa is located in a remote area from Ubud. Keep in mind that neither Grab nor Gojek goes from there. You can't leave there unless you have your own transport or a local transport (but you need to negotiate because the hotel does not give any driver's number. The staff does not speak English, only basic phrases
The villa itself is beautiful, a view of the rice fields. There is a cool pool. Breakfasts are so-so, not very tasty and everything is mostly Indonesian.
The cleanliness of the hotel is ok, but there were yellow stains on the towels, this is unpleasant. In the evening and at night, the sound of crickets, who sleeps poorly, may not get enough sleep.
On the last day, some insect bit me and my eye swelled, it is understandable, close to nature. In general, if you have your own bike or transport, you can stay, if not, then I do not recommend it.
