We stayed for one night. The hotel is located somewhere in the alleys between residential buildings, it is very difficult to get there by yourself, you can’t drive up by car, there is no parking for a car, you can leave a moped on the road. We arrived at 11, check-in is at 14. They asked in advance what time we planned to be there, we said at 11. They answered that they would accept us earlier. As a result, the room was not ready, the staff tried to please and help with questions, but it was all in vain. The hotel itself has a lot of different smells, there was a trash can near our room. The public toilet in the hotel was dirty. The impressions are not the most pleasant, besides, it was our first day on the island.

The service attitude is very good. Several children are inexperienced and not very professional. It would be better to receive special training.
The alley is too narrow, making it inconvenient for vehicles to enter and exit. The lobby is upstairs, and only when the tour guide calls in and out does someone come out to receive him.
