Overall the Hotel is lovely, I’d give it a 7/10.
Pros:
good location in Canggu
Breakfast buffet was delicious
Coffee was great!
Decent kids club
Pool is nice but can get overcrowded easily
Kids room is perfect for families as it has bunk beds.
Cons:
Room design is poor and very small. We travelled with a baby and requested a cot. With the cot in the room it became very difficult to move around.
We had to request a bigger room (kids room)
Light switches - these have to be the most confusing switches I’ve ever used. It’s basically a game of pushing them all at different intervals to try and get the correct lights to go on/off
Choose the room with ocean view unless you want to overlook construction sites (but noise didn’t affect in room)
Not pram friendly - limited ramps for pram
The power cut out on consecutive days in our room which was annoying given the heat.
Staff service was average, some struggled to converse in English
Overall, I’d stay there again but would book the bigger room for sure.

The cleaning was very clean and
the staff were smiley and kind
even when the rainy season came, the bedding was fluffy and rustling
and the breakfast was delicious, both the a la carte menu and the buffet menu.
It was so good that I couldn't ask for anything more👍
