Booked a private villa with pool for our honeymoon in Bali and we did not regret it! Amazing service all the way from check in (thank you for accommodating us so late after 10pm!!) to check out. We looked forward to the daily breakfasts and the yummy fruit parfait too - the yogurt with honey was so delicious. Villa is spotless, mosquito free (they provide mosquito repellent) and very quiet. Felt like a dream. Location wise it’s a bit off Ubud center but you can easily Grab to town within 10-15 mins. We didn’t have any bad traffic experiences while staying here. Thank you Portobello Villa for the lovely stay

This hotel has very few orders on Ctrip overall, but the overall environment and price are worth the price.
It is about 2 kilometers away from Ubud Palace and takes about 15 minutes by taxi.

I will never forget my stay here, the villa with the infinity pool over looking the jungle was just perfect. The floating breakfast in the pool was absolutely amazing, as were all the breakfasts here, the banana pancakes are the best in Bali.
The staff were all so kind and so helpful, they really took care of me and as a solo female traveller, I’d highly recommend this place. I felt really safe and happy the entire time. It’s a quick 15 mins into Ubud centre by grab or Gojek, so easy. The driver they use called Imadeh is also brilliant. 10 out of 10 & I’d love to stay here again.
A mirror in the main bedroom and a more powerful hair dryer would have made it 11/10.

Third time in Bali, and this is definitely the best hotel I have ever stayed at. 7 wonderful villas, with jungle views, large and comfortable rooms, garden and private infinity pool. Good breakfast, the only downside is that they don't have espresso, only Balinese coffee. Highly recommended if you come to Bali, you won't forget your stay at Portobello Villas.

I appreciated the warm welcome, the availability and the kindness of the staff, always responsive. The villa, independent and quiet, with a private swimming pool, offered an intimate setting with an authentic atmosphere. The breakfast was good, with fast service, and the location, close to the center, was convenient. The view from villa n°5 is however a little too obstructed by the trees and can be a little oppressive. The limited choice of catering, with a predominance of chicken dishes, deserves to be diversified. A stay that could be perfect with a few small adjustments.
