This hotel is hands down the worst in all of Bali.
I arrived at 9 AM, and knowing check-in wasn't until 3 PM, I was okay with waiting. But when 3 PM finally came around, they told me the room still wasn’t ready.
I ended up waiting in front of the front desk, but no one ever came to guide me or let me know what was going on. It seemed like all the other guests were already sorted out, and I was just left there waiting for who knows how long. When I finally asked what was going on, they said the room was ready the whole time!
The staff were incredibly rude and completely unapologetic. I asked why they hadn’t guided me to my room and whether they were planning on just letting me sit there forever, but all they did was laugh and offer lame excuses about the room taking longer to prepare. They didn’t even seem to think they’d done anything wrong. It was clear they had no sense of hospitality or responsibility, and honestly, it was the worst service I’ve ever encountered.
On top of that, breakfast was awful. Not only was it tasteless, but it was unsanitary too—there were flies all over the food. I also had to switch glasses because the one I was given smelled so bad, but when they gave me a replacement, it smelled just as awful. I couldn’t even drink anything.
There’s nothing good about this hotel. The price is way too high for what you get, and I honestly regret staying here. I will NEVER come back and I would never recommend this place to anyone. It completely ruined my trip, and it just makes me so sad to think about how badly I was treated.
