Excellent stay. Staffs are very friendly and welcoming, the food at the restaurant is supreme. It is quite an experience to stay at a bamboo house but still can enjoy air conditioning free from insects. The bed is very comfortable and we had good sleep. We would love to come back later and stay at the pool villa. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for something different.

Killer views, would definitely come again.
We booked the room that overlooked the meadows and rice fields, the hotel rooms are perfectly blended into nature, service is top notch, facilities are somewhat missing but definitely made up for in service and cleanness, would book again. Worth the price.

L’hôtel est sans hésitation le meilleur établissement dans lequel nous avons séjourné à Bali et il n’y a qu’un mot pour le qualifier : WOW! La parenthèse enchantée commence dès l’arrivée : un tunnel en bambou débouche sur le resort, qui est incroyable et dont l’architecture est en harmonie avec la nature. Chaque villa bénéficie d’une intimité parfaite, sans vis à vis. Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits dans la villa 2 chambres et avons adoré la vue sur les rizières, le hamac, la piscine à débordement et le service offert par un personnel aux petits soins - merci à Pasek, notre personal butler, qui a veillé à tout avec réactivité et professionnalisme. Excellent restaurant où nous avons profité d’une soirée musicale avec un très bon groupe. Le spa est à la hauteur des lieux et les massages y sont sublimes. Nous n’avons qu’un seul regret : ne pas avoir pu rester plus longtemps ! Nous espérons vivement pouvoir revenir au Sarah View ou dans l’un des autres hôtels du groupe lors d’un prochain séjour en Indonésie !

What an incredible experience! Bambootel is such a unique, romantic hotel to stay at. The villas are your private oasis overlooking the rice terrace. Our room had a pool which was heated and felt anazing! We literally stayed in the pool for hours. The staff is extremely generous and kind. The food is exquisite! We stayed for 4 nights and decided not to eat elsewhere because the food and drinks were that good. The spa facility is lovely and the services provided were equally as lovely. We cannot recommend Bambootel enough! Do yourself a favor and book your next trip here while staying in Ubud.

Bambootel exceeded our expectations. We were collected from an earlier hotel in Seminyak, the driver was excellent , friendly and informative. In fact the whole team are a credit to the hotel. Our pool villa was massive and the photos don’t convey how wonderful it was and the pool being heated was an unexpected bonus. The food in the restaurant was very good both for breakfast and evening meal plus the live singing duo during our last night made it a lovely evening. The spa was well equipped and offered a full range of massages & facials. Overall , this is a wonderful retreat in the Bali jungle with great views of the rice fields below. A special mention to our driver Yana and Aya in reception plus Ari who spoke excellent English but as I said earlier all the staff were wonderful. We had an excellent three day stay and wouldn’t hesitate staying again if we visit Bali.

Stayed for 4 nights and the whole experience was 5 star. The accommodation, food and especially the staff made for an unforgettable stay. special mention to Ari the barman/singer/comedian who made us laugh every day. Cannot recommend Bambootel Sawah View enough. Thank you Will & Kym....
