The sink was constantly clogged, leaving water stagnant. 5. Many showerheads were broken, and the toilets were clogged, yet the staff did not manage these issues. 6. The lockers are designed with a second level, but the upper level is too high, making them inconvenient to use. If there are problems with the rooms, do not accommodate guests until repairs are completed. For issues such as a broken elevator, faulty air conditioner, or broken shower facilities, fix them before accepting guests. Your accommodation represents the image of Bali.
