I was assigned a room on the 5th floor, but the elevator was indefinitely out of order. 2. The air conditioner in the 5th-floor room was broken, making it extremely hot and humid. Additionally, water kept leaking from the air conditioner, and even when it worked briefly, there was no remote control, so I had to call the staff on the first floor. According to the staff, there is only one remote control for the building’s air conditioners. 3. I couldn’t sleep properly because a rat kept making noises throughout the night. 4. The sink was constantly clogged, leaving water stagnant. 5. Many showerheads were broken, and the toilets were clogged, yet the staff did not manage these issues. 6. The lockers are designed with a second level, but the upper level is too high, making them inconvenient to use. If there are problems with the rooms, do not accommodate guests until repairs are completed. For issues such as a broken elevator, faulty air conditioner, or broken shower facilities, fix them before accepting guests. Your accommodation represents the image of Bali.
