A Hidden Gem in Kerobokan Bali with Artful Vibes & Great Value!
I really enjoyed my stay at The Rewards Villa Kerobokan. The interior design is beautiful, blending modern style with artistic touches, as the hotel also features an art gallery a unique and inspiring detail you don’t see often!
The staff were super friendly and helpful, making the stay even more pleasant.
Our room was spacious and stylish, with a cool mezzanine layout perfect for 3 to 4 people. The private pool was amazing, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the Bali vibe.
Cons:
During our stay, the bathtub was unfortunately broken, so we couldn’t use it — a bit of a letdown. Hopefully, this gets fixed soon.
Other than that, everything was great!
And to top it off, we got a special promo rate via Trip.com, which made the stay even more worth it. Would love to come back!

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here
I don’t usually write reviews, but this was beyond ridiculous. I woke up around 1 AM to find massive spiders inside the room—not one, but multiple. I’m not exaggerating—these weren’t your average house spiders, they were huge, and inside the villa where you’re supposed to feel safe and relaxed.
Tried to call for staff assistance, but no one answered. Not a single person on-site to help at that hour. What kind of “villa” leaves guests helpless in the middle of the night?
I had to leave the place around 2 AM—yes, actually pack up and leave in the middle of the night—because this clearly wasn’t a one-off issue. Disgusting and unacceptable for a place that advertises comfort and luxury.
If you’re even remotely afraid of spiders or expect basic service at night, do yourself a favour and stay far away from Reward Villas Bali.

Location of the villas is amazing, only minutes walk to the famous Petitenget area where there are tons of great cafes, restaurants, shops, spas.
The villa itself is comfortable and clean. Staff is really nice and helpful.
