Mana Villas Nusa Dua

From the moment we booked online, we had communication from Mana Villa's on whatsapp concierge and manager, Agung. The villa is a little remote but in a wonderful place and we saw multiple monkeys on the drive. We were greeted by Agung, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. He took us to our villa and showed us through....but let me say, the villa was SUPER amazing and exactly like the images on trip.com. We travelled with children and we all loved the multiple pools we had. We stepped off our deck directly into the pool. We walked around the Dancing Villas complex and used the pools everywhere. The pools were clean and beautiful. The jacuzzi was great too. The walk to the beach was only about 10 or so minutes and even with 10 & 12 year old children, it was easily done. There is a little cafe nearby and great food and great prices. We walked through the local village and met a wonderful local who helped direct us. The locals in the mini marts were lovely too. We had a fantastic experience at Mana Villa's. If you're after hustle and bustle, perhaps this place isn't for you but if you want a true Balinese experience in an amazing place, you should definitely try this. There is a little mini mart within the complex for basic things but if you stock up, you have a stove top to cook. We took a short taxi drive to the main supermarkets and cooked one night, brekky in room, etc. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fantastic experience, away from the commercial places and you may be greeted by Agung who was super. We'd definitely stay again. Loved it. Thank you Agung. 🙏

Villa Awesome place to stay best host in the world thanks mate

This was a terrible experience. We left the premises 45 minutes after checking in. There was mould through both operating g air conditioner units. Excessive mould through both shower heads. Strong sewerage smell from one of the bedroom bathrooms. There were yellow stains on the fresh bed and lounge linen along with cigarette burn marks. The bench tops in the kitchen were still dirty from previous use, clearly not cleaned. The decking around our entrance to the pool area was rotted, nails missing which caused us to trip and fall. A live rat was located under the coffee table in the main living area. The property was not accurately advertised on ******* when we booked. The property was not near the beach nor near any amenities or shops. We contacted the manager of the hotel directly outlining our concerns and a refund on our stay. So far, the hotel appears unwilling to accomodate a refund, which we think is only reasonable considering our circumstances. We have a 10 month old daughter with us and our experience with this property was not only disappointing, but extremely unhygienic and unsafe.
