The hotel said that the room type was upgraded, but it is better not to have it. The suite is far away from the front desk. You have to cross a field, and the hotel seems to never take care of this field. It is like a wild field, very messy. Another thing that is unacceptable is that you need to stand in the bathtub to take a shower in the upgraded room type. It is okay for the non-upgraded room type. It is upgraded in the name of upgrading, but the guest experience is very bad. The hotel restaurant seems to be deserted, very simple, and there is nothing to eat. The taste is also very... The hygiene of the restaurant is also... To be honest, every hotel waiter is very good. Finally, I am very confused about how these good reviews of the hotel came from. Do people have no requirements at all? It is really a rip-off to mislead everyone to book in this way. It is not worth 300 per night under these conditions. What's more, there are two hotels of the same price in Ubud with zero negative reviews, which are much better than this one.
