The location was perfect and so closed to the Kuta Beach. It was within walking distance to the main Bali mall. Enjoy the stay very much. The service staff were wonderful.

It was the terrible experience. The room was very small room without balcony and windows are filthy. The view was not to the garden, it was to the garbage(( I want to cancel my booking, but it impossible.

Absolutely terrible!!! Rooms stink bedding smells Breakfast is terrible! We all got Bali belly from the food at the stones. Every guest we spoke to experienced the same everyone was getting Bali belly. Terrible experience will never go back. Has gone massively downhill since Marriott sold it to new owners in the last 6 months

Stayed at this hotel 3 times now, it’s fantastic, great pool and location

Bought the prepaid credit which load 10% credit more. But found nothing to spend in the resort. So on last day, we try to have lunch in the only restaurant of the resort. But the menu was very limited. Maybe it is because of not many customers in the restaurant. In fact, it was only us and was not that excited. Better not to buy the prepaid credit.

High end hotel, big pool, lots of choices during breakfast, room with balcony has an outdoor tub and curtains on the balcony for privacy. All staff were great from Ryan? (or Eric? Thu Dec 5) at front desk, spa staff, bell person.. Spa experience was fantastic. Got 90m deep tissue. Starts with welcome drink & towel, foot wash/scrub and completion drink.

Room big but average furnishing.. breakfast is crazy good. Hospitality of every staff very good

Hotel breakfast is great, however if you are travelling with kids not much you can do in the hotel, other then pool and same play room, out of the hotel the night markets usually sells all the same items. But is a good place to chill and relax in the pool and outside the hotel Kuta beach.

Just opposite to the kuta beach and 10 mins walking distance from the biggest mall in Bali. Hotel cleanliness is great and the buffet breakfast is perfect with lots of choices. Hotel staff are generally friendly.p

It’s really not a place for families, we all felt quite uncomfortable around the pool trying to keep the kids quiet with no other kids in sight. Unfortunately it was a panicked booking due to our flight being cancelled and no time for research to be done. Our 2 rooms were on 2 different floors which was not at all ideal for a family. We had to leave after 1 night, even though 2 were booked, the hotel was not accomodating to this and we were still charged full price for the stay. Do not recommend for families of young kids.

Excellent stay n accommodating staff! Certified halal food which are marvellous for muslim travellers. They even have their own mushollah. Security are very tight too. Hoghly recommended!

Great hotel. Staff are excellent and can’t do enough for you.
