The staffs were very helpful and friendly. They assisted us in everything that we needed in the entire stay. Reception helpers introduced various events to us and helped us with our airport lounge enquiry. We enjoyed the Balinese experience in the R bar as well. The room service was excellent and available 24H. We had a great time!

This hotel was awesome, room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel is huge so please be expected some walked. Breakfast spread was great, and the hotel restaurant - Double Ikat served real authentic Indonesia cuisine, the dining experience was amazing. Nothing to complain about 😍 we have a real fun time staying in.
