Overall, I am very satisfied. The hotel is exactly the same as the pictures on the Internet. It was newly opened in 2022. Everything and the decoration are very new and beautiful. The swimming pool is clean and the WiFi is fast. Guests can also log in to the hotel's Netflix account. Every breakfast is delicious (the drinks are average haha), and the staff is super friendly and has a good attitude.
Although there are a few mosquitoes and ants, it is acceptable. The only drawback is that the hotel room is a bit dark, and the hot water is not enough. It needs to be preheated and is limited. It is a death-type water heater. Laughing to death🤣

From the moment we walked in, we felt the differences of this villa with others we stayed before. The cleanliness and well maintained condition of the villa really impressed us. The private pool, the cozy vibes, and all the little details will definitely the first choice when we back in Bali.
The staff were super friendly and helpful—they made everything so easy and stress-free. Whether it was breakfast in the villa or the in-room massage arrangement, they truly made us feel at home. In-room massage is a must!
The villa itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfy. We loved waking up to the sound of nature and just relaxing by the pool.
If you’re heading to Bali and want a mix of luxury, comfort, and total chill vibes, Teratai Villa is 100% the place to be.
