This is the cleanest and newest hotel I stayed in Bali. I came here with my two children for 8 days. The first two days we stayed in a local five-star hotel, which was expensive and had a musty smell. The breakfast was also unpalatable. This hotel is very good, clean, and has Chinese food for breakfast. In short, it was a very comfortable stay. Every day here, apart from having a satisfying breakfast, I was not afraid of the whole day. Because the local food tastes different and we are not used to it, we will choose this hotel again in the future. The staff are very good and enthusiastic.

The room wasn't large, but the facilities were quite complete and cleaned daily. It's a two-kilometer walk from Kuta Beach and a two-kilometer walk from Discovery Shopping Mall. However, Bali is not a city walkable place. The loud roar of motorcycles constantly whizzed past the hotel entrance.
The hotel's soundproofing wasn't great, so noisy neighbors were unfortunate.

Nice breakfast. Indonesian hot food (mostly), Indian food - small amount. Toast, eggs how you like them. Small snags, veggiesCakes, pancakes, small hot pot ( not too bad ).
Croissants, cereals .
Staff are lovely, very helpful, always smiling. The façade fo the hotel was very nice. The rooms although comfortable needed better cleaning. Room serviced every day.
I would definitely stay hear again.

Not recommended!! This check-in and check-out experience was extremely disappointing! During check-out, the front desk asked us to wait in the lounge area for our room inspection. We sat directly across from the front desk and waited for nearly 20 minutes without any staff member informing us of the progress. Other guests who arrived were promptly informed and greeted with a smile. We were left alone! This discriminatory treatment is unacceptable.
And the luggage service! We were standing next to the luggage cart with two large backpacks, and the staff member clearly saw us but pretended not to notice. However, when other white guests arrived, the staff member immediately offered to help us. We didn't need any help, but this obvious discrimination was very uncomfortable!
During our stay, we also noticed several times that the front desk staff treated some foreign guests with noticeably more courtesy. As consumers, we expect to receive equal respect and service, not be treated differently.
