Normal conditions for a small price. Excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the beach. On the first floor there is a terrace, its own refrigerator.

The room lacks a kettle, but otherwise it's OK. The air conditioning works. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Kuta, not far from the beach.

This was my 3rd stay here and will be last.. Why
The Mould in the bathroom, Hair over the floor and the smell of Urine in Bathroom. The shower didn't work. I complained and staff took shower head off and Blew in it, Put it back on and said it was fixed.. Had to shower for 2 days under a dribble.. Disappointed as previously been ok.. Wont be back now.. Shame..

Overall, a great place with a good location to spend a couple of days after a flight. 24-hour reception. Lots of cafes and shops around, the beach is within walking distance. Furniture and convenience match the low price. Very well-kept courtyard, beautiful plants and sculptures. Very aesthetically pleasing. Many thanks to the staff. Everyone is young, energetic and always ready to help.
