The last hotel in Bali this time is the most popular, oldest and most expensive hotel, but it is the one that disappointed me the most! The shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes is always full. After waiting for 20 minutes, the hotel did not add a temporary car for pick-up. I booked Ayana for the most beautiful sunset in Jimbaran, and booked a rock bar dinner for this purpose. At 17:00, I was told that it was closed due to strong winds and waves. At 16:00, it was confirmed that it was closed without any advance notice! I contacted the hotel customer service to compensate 2 cocktails at the rooftop pool bar and helped me change the reservation for dinner for the next day. At 16:00 the next day, the hotel confirmed that it was still delayed due to strong winds and waves, and promised to notify me as soon as it opened, but at 19:00, I found that it was already open and I had to queue! I missed the most beautiful sunset again! There is no compensation! I will never give a bad review to hotels for domestic group tours in the future
