Have stayed here many times before and staff are always lovely and friendly. The pool was out of order for a month and Trip.Com did not advise customers of this. It’s ridiculous that people travel to an overseas country where it is hot and expecting to have a swim up bar and not know it was closed.

The location is really good because it is right in front of the entrance of Kuta Beach. The bedding was clean and the interior of the room was also clean and well-cleaned. The shower stall hanger was a little corroded, but it was not inconvenient to use. The cost-effectiveness is excellent and the staff is very friendly, so I want to visit this hotel again the next time I visit Bali.
