I will first of all point out that I have never left a review anywhere before because I understand that different people have different expectations and different levels of what is and what is not acceptable. I do however feel the need to leave this review as I did not expect to be staying in a hotel that is totally different to the one shown in the photographs. It really is quite difficult knowing where to begin in describing just how awful this hotel actually is but I shall do my best. First of all, please ignore every photo on their website because I truly believe they must have been taken many many years ago. They bear no resemblance to how it looks today. The restaurant has broken and filthy blinds covering the filthy windows. The tables and chairs are mismatched, dirty and broken. In fact, it is the same throughout all of the common areas. The dining staff are at best, miserable and mostly dressed in scruffy jeans and trainers. I have seen nicer soup kitchens, which leads me to the food. Wow! (not in a good way) The food. I have read reviews saying it is a bit repetitive. Wrong..... It is exactly the same every single day and that is not a good thing. Luke warm everything, including the salad. I could describe every dish separately but I think that a blanket description will suffice. Reheated flavourless slop. I have travelled extensively over many decades and I can honestly say this is the worst food I have experienced in a so called all inclusive hotel. I say so called because it is not. You can lay on their lovely sun soaked private beach but unfortunately, they have packed on so many sunbeds that there are only a few small spaces that you could actually lay out a beach towel (for which they charge). Should you wish to lay on a sunbed belonging to this "All inclusive" hotel which in all honesty you don't have much choice, you will have to pay the princely sum of between 20 and 35 euros every single day. A total of 280 euros for my wife and I for a week. A bargain, no one said ever. Then we come to the beach bar that is part of this "all inclusive" hotel. You have to pay for everything, absolutely everything. Then there is the barman who really fancies himself as a world class dj belting out his music all day long at jet plane level decibels. I love listening to music, all genres from classical to drum and bass but having to endure sexually explicit songs all day at 300 decibels, wore a bit thin. Luckily, the majority of families with young children were not English so they may not have understood but as a so called family hotel, I found it quite astounding that he would be allowed to do this. Now onto the room. Oh my good lord, the room. Dirty, mouldy, dated, cracks in the ceiling, walls and floor. Stained sheets, pillow cases and towels. I was very tempted to look at the mattress but honestly couldn't bring myself to do it. The toilet leaked continually so the bathroom floor was constantly wet. The patio door glass was filthy. The

The hotel is very big, surrounded by a very beautiful mountainous area, great beaches around. I got a very nice room with a beautiful balcony, from which there was a perfect view of the sea and mountains.. 🌅⛰️ In the evenings there are events at the hotel, I want to be here again!🥰❤️

Very basic, paid all inclusive but had to pay again to eat out as the food was so awful, the packed lunch for a day trip was 2 bits of dried bread and a slice of ham...staff mostly rude, room was up 100 steps but they did move us after three days when another room came up. Water in the room would sometimes cut off.

Awful, never again would I stay here or recommend this to anyone. I travel and go on 5/6 holidays a year all over the world. I booked this hotel due to the infinity pool and the little Cove style sea. The infinity pool glass is so thick with limescale you can’t even see through it, let alone be able to swim in the pool due to other guests mainly Russian I think or French claiming the beds. They would leave the towels on over night and the staff don’t care to move them to let anyone else have a look in or enjoy the pool area. Upon speaking to staff they are uninterested and simply do not care. To be told the beach is included but there is extra charges, assuming the extra charges would be for food and drinks like most hotels. When the extra charges are actually €35 for a sun bed per day. The beach staff are extremely aggressive and very rude. I’ve never ever stayed anywhere in the world to be made to feel this unsafe and uncomfortable. The food is horrific! We tried the evening menu once and spat it out. We paid for all inclusive and we’ve ended up eating out for lunch and dinner every single day. I’m not a fussy eater I will eat and try anything served and can even make do with the most basic menu available. The food here is plain raw spaghetti, a tray of raw onions and raw, fatty questionable type of meat. The restaurant area is so small and tiny it’s impossible to even get a seat anywhere. The other guests that are here are very very rude and just barge into you. I’ve never experienced anything like this when I’ve travelled to any country. The reception charge you €35 for your all inclusive wrist bands upon arrival which I’m unsure why. LUCKILY the restaurants here all wonderful! Not a single bad meal or bad word to say about any of them! So welcoming, very friendly honestly made the most uncomfortable holiday I’ve experienced better. There is a car rental a few doors down which we ended up booking for 4 days to get out of this HELL HOLE. It cost us $160 for 4 days. We explored some beautiful villages, chania and rethymino are unbelievable, the atmosphere was unreal and the old towns are gorgeous! Completely different atmosphere than here. I highly highly recommend that nobody stays here!! The room we had I won’t lie had the most gorgeous view to wake up to overlooking the sea and it was one of the best views I’ve had the pleasure of waking up too but everything else has been disguising, unwelcoming and uncomfortable. The room is infested with ants so you’re constantly being bitten. The shower head doesn’t stay on so you’re just washing yourself with a hose, which really isn’t the end of the world to me you can still have a wash. There is a lot of stairs too which is fine for me but others would struggle as the stairs going to the other restaurants or even the beach are quite steep. Of all the towns and villages we’ve visited in Greece the prices are extremely reasonable, we pay on average €20-25 for the two of us for f

Absolutely horrendous. Booked All Inclusive.. food was stale so we ate out instead, bed bugs in the bed, mould in the room, stains on the towels, half eaten food and coffee cups left outside our room for 3 days, hole in the bath, water came up the floor drains when shower runs, snack bar toilets dirty and overflowing, broken floor tiles, most of the staff were rude and seemed used to the complaints, no lighting on dark stairwell.. I could go on ..feels like we’ve just thrown our money away one of the worst hotels we have stayed in, never again
