The patio door leads to a 10' x 20' deck with additional seating to enjoy your morning coffee to start your day and it’s the perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends. Relax around the lakeside fire pit: we offer free firewood for your use. Take the two kayaks, canoe, and paddle boat out for some fun on the lake. Fish from the private dock or take the rowboat out to catch your trophy fish.After a day full of fun and entertainment, retire to the bedrooms for a good night’s sleep. All bedrooms have sound barriers in the walls to provide peace and quiet for those seeking solitude. Nature’s Edge sleeps up to 12 people: two king bedrooms on the main floor have lakeside views while the queen bedroom is on the back side of the home. The lower level has the fourth bedroom with two sets of log bunk beds and the family room has a queen sofa sleeper; both rooms with lakeside views.We hope you enjoy the wilderness décor throughout the home. The natural hickory cabinets and cedar plank ceilings provide a warmth for that up-north feel you desire to escape to. Winter vacationers will appreciate curling up in front of the gas fireplace with a warm blanket and a cup of hot chocolate. The swivel chairs are a perfect spot to sit by the large window overlooking the lake: it truly is a beautiful view!The shoreline is described by many as the best fishing spot on this 544-acre lake. Pan fish are easily caught right off the dock. Muskie and bass are also frequently caught right out in front of the unit. The lake is fully recreational and has plenty of crappies, perch, walleyes, and northern pike. There is a newly-remodeled, heated fish cleaning house for you to use after a successful day of fishing!Connect to the famous Bo-Boen Snowmobile Trail and the St. Germain ATV Club Trail at the end of our private road. We also provide direct access to the lake in the winter for snowmobilers. There is plenty of parking space to accommodate your trailers, too.The St. Germain area is located halfway between Eagle River and Minocqua and is known for its many summer and winter activities. An immaculate 18-hole golf course is located nearby along with another 9-hole course and a par-3 course. Cozy studio cabin is the perfect up north retreat. Cozy Cabin 2 is a short walk to Lower Buckatabon Lake, great for fishing. Like to ride ATVs? Cozy Cabin is just off the trail! We also have a pier for parking watercraft during your stay. For a fun and relaxing summer getaway, this is the place you want to be.**NOTE: Although we know pets are furry family members, and we love pets as much as their owners do, Cozy Cabin is part of an association that has a "no pets" policy. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath remodeled home is located on a small bay of Little Arbor Vitae Lake. The lake is 480 acres and offers lots of room for boating, skiing and great fishing. It is right on the lake. You have your own pier and a campfire pit with 120 feet of fisherman's frontage. It is a great location for enjoying all that northern Wisconsin has to offer. (Ceiling fans in each bedroom along with two in the upper hallway) Lower level has two large bedrooms both with a king beds along with a full bathroom with jetted Jacuzzi tub and shower. Sit back and relax on the upstairs deck or have a s'mores at your own private fire ring by the lake. Large outdoor wrap around deck with dual charcoal grills - Two metal tables with umbrellas and 4 chairs each. Deck has gated entry doors for small children and pets to roam in a nice secure area.Enjoy your own private dock and fire pit right next to the lake on your sand beach. Two 14' row boats, canoe, life jackets and a paddle boat are also provided. The swim area is ideal for small children- with a nice sand base past the dock.
