However, this policy does not apply to fires in further away places like the 1200 square miles of Yosemite National Park where the air quality in Groveland is not impacted or marginally impacted.PMLA FEES: Pine Mountain Lake Association charges a $50 fee to ALL renters entering the community. Under the rules, you must check in with the guard at the main gate on Pine Mountain Lake Drive and state that you are renting our home. The gate is always open 24X7. Other roads like Mueller have card access only barriers which are only accessible by home owners. The guards are helpful and will even give you a map or directions upon request, but they also will charge you the $46 fee, good for the duration of your stay or up to 8 days. We ask for your understanding in this matter. Home owners also pay such fees, but much larger ones, approximately $3,128 per home each year. These fees help maintain the PMLA system of private roads, beaches, pool and other facilities.Rules & Restrictions:NO SMOKING inside the house. If smoking outside, please pick up all cigarette butts. Our housekeepers do not clean outside the house. BBQ must only be used on the back concrete patio and never in hazardous areas like our wooden balcony.Kitchen: Housekeepers do NOT clean dishes, pots and pans etc. Please clean the kitchen to at least the same level of cleanliness as you found upon entering the premises.
