Condo offers full privacy and overlooking Carlin Park, with the walkway to the beach. it's a self-check-in with a code lock. The condo is in a beautifully landscaped 30-acre Jupiter Bay Resort, East side. This is a true resort atmosphere. 7-acre lake with bridge and lighted walkway around the lake, 2 heated swimming pools with spa, poolside restaurant "Twisted Tuna" with outside Tiki bar, hard surface tennis courts, Bocce court and walkway to the beach and Carlin Park. Also, very close to Maltz Theater.Guests have full access to the whole resort.Parking permit is required to park overnight and will be provided. Please note that pickup trucks, motorcycles, boats and trailers are not allowed on the property. Guests coming with this will need to park it off property. Dogs over 20 lb are not allowed. This spacious condo is perfectly situated on the edge of Carlin Park, just 1200 feet from the beach! Feel the ocean breeze from your balcony, enjoy a morning stroll across the park, and indulge in Jupiter's beautiful aqua waters!Our condo is in the Bella Vista community, with a swimming pool, two tennis courts and lovely landscaped grounds. The home is a 3 bed/2.5 bath unit, but we have turned the third bedroom into a sunny reading room overlooking the park. It is two stories, with two master suites, one upstairs and one down, both with their own full bathroom. There is also an upstairs loft that opens onto your own private balcony on the third floor, with beautiful park views!This condo is a favorite place of ours and we have filled it with our art collection and lots of love! It is fully equipped with linens, appliances, washer/dryer, and beach supplies. THINGS TO ENJOY:Get up and stretch your legs as you can walk the cemented 1 km loop around the outdoor water feature. If you want to take your exercise to another level, walk over to the mulched 1 mile track located right behind the Jupiter Bay complex. This track is complete with body weight exercise stations for all fitness levels.If you enjoy tennis Jupiter Bay has 2 courts on site (key provided - no extra charge to play) as well as numerous tennis and pickle ball courts just a few minutes away at Carlin Park. We supply you with tennis rackets + balls.If you love to swim or sit by the pool, we are located directly across from the community pool and hot tub ... only a 2 min walk from our unit to the pool. We have a variety of toxin free sunscreen you can use too if you forget yours. The pool sits next to the popular Twisted Tuna restaurant which opens at 11am each day and you can order from poolside.If the beach is more your style, we are only 2 blocks (about 10 min walk) from the warm Atlantic ocean! And we have beach chairs, a beach umbrella, towels and a picnic basket ready for you to enjoy! Jupiter is well known for its active boarding community: Surfing, paddling or kite boarding opportunities are waiting for you.
