Again, this is shared space, so please be respectful of any neighbors that may be using the area as well. Boat dock “Must” be reserved in advance with homeowner for any overnight boat use. Please message us for details on these requirements.There are 2 baby gates located in the home for use during your stay if desired, but they are not permanently mounted, therefore gates must be set up by guests in their own desired areas according to individual guest needs and must be taken town by guests upon departure.
