Hardwood floors flow throughout the house, complementing the thoughtful design and modern updates you'll find in every room.First Floor:Step into the heart of the home, featuring a spacious, professionally designed kitchen with custom granite countertops, brand-new appliances, and not one but two built-in dishwashers to make cleanup effortless after big meals. The dining area seats 10-12, perfect for gatherings.Adjacent to the kitchen, the cozy yet elegant family room invites you to relax. It features a custom leather couch, a beautiful fireplace for chilly evenings, and a chaise lounge perfectly positioned by the window to create a peaceful reading nook overlooking the lake. This space offers the perfect balance of comfort and sophistication, ideal for unwinding after a day of adventure.Step out onto the back deck to enjoy the serene views or gather around the fire pit by the boathouse deck. For added convenience, there’s also a beautifully renovated half bath on this floor.Second Floor:Sleep soundly in one of three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms:Master Bedroom: A luxurious retreat featuring a king-size bed, a walk-in closet for ample storage, and a cozy seating area perfectly positioned to enjoy the tranquil views of the lake.Bunk Room: Ideal for kids or groups, with a bunk bed and a full-size bed.Back Bedroom: Cozy and inviting, with a queen bed.The second floor also features a shared full bathroom conveniently accessible from all bedrooms. A dedicated laundry area on this floor adds convenience, making it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.Basement (Coming Soon!):Currently undergoing renovations, the basement already features a full bathroom and will soon offer even more space and amenities for guests.
