The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun.The spaceApt 2B is a studio with a changing room unit on the second floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door.Guest accessThe floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer.Other things to noteThere is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible.
