Our newly installed heatpumps ensure you are warm in the winter and have air conditioning throughout the entire space when it is hot. What a difference with no noisy window units! **New flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallways 2022, new fan & lighting 2023**Our space is well appointed with everything you need to relax and enjoy the White Mountains, any time of the year.
