Our stay at this hotel during our recent Siargao trip was truly a wonderful and memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, whose friendliness, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel comfortable throughout our entire stay. The hotel itself is newly opened, and it shows in the excellent condition and cleanliness of the property. Kalipay is conveniently located along the main road, walking distance from CEV (the best ceviche in Siargao) and Happiness Bar (best happy hour deal). The resort is quiet, has a nice pool and the rooms are clean. The staff are amazing — friendly, accommodating and extra helpful. The receptionist, Kim, took really good care of us.

They even prepared a small suprise for me since we arrived on the day of my birthday. We booked the Rattan Villa for five people, and it was incredibly spacious. There was more than enough room for everyone to move around comfortably. We also had restful nights—the beds were so soft and comfortable that it felt like sleeping in a five-star hotel. The resort has a peaceful and relaxing ambiance. Although there was some ongoing construction during our stay, it wasn't a major issue since we were out most of the day for our island activities, and the work had already stopped by the time we returned each afternoon. We also enjoyed dining at their restaurant. The food was delicious, and we appreciated that the chef personally came over to ask how we liked our meals. My only suggestion would be to add more menu options, as the resort is quite far from restaurants and convenience stores. Having a wider selection would be especially helpful for guests staying several days. The staff were all friendly, accommodating, and approachable. They assisted us with everything we needed before, during, and even after our stay, making us feel well taken care of. Overall, I highly recommend Ferra Resort to anyone looking for a peaceful and private getaway. It is a very nice small local family hotel with five or six small bungalows + a swimming pool by the beach. The place is small but the room is spotless and fragrant. The bed and quilt are soft and comfortable and the air conditioner is sufficient. The staff are very kind, and there is a small restaurant by the sea where you can eat and stare blankly.

The place is nice… cozy looking and the service are great. New resort and everybody seems to still getting used to the service. No receptionist at night. We had to check out early due to our flight changes and left 5:00am the front desk is not open and the no place to return my key but had to leave it in the room.. the breakfast option is not much. Hopefully next time there are more options and the phone in the room. The guy who cleans around is nice. He is always willing to help. Could improve more but it’s a great place to be, only 9 minutes to secret beach, and malinao skate road, 30 minutes to cloud 9, 1 half hour to North/ Pacifico.. Not a busy street so you’re going to have a relaxing night of sleep. Gas station is just right around the corner.

Service was very good. For meals, I ate all kinds of smoothie bowls, but acai was the most delicious. The room was nice and clean, but I wish there was a way to prevent insects from coming. There were many mosquitoes and flies.

Location is kinda ok and staff is very polite. Unfortunately place is nothing much and kinda overpriced for what it is. It was alright experience but wouldn’t come back

The hotel is not very ordinary, the outside environment is very beautiful, the sea is very beautiful, but it is best to go in March and April, the hottest month, there is a big sun every day.

Breakfast starts at 6 in the morning. There is a restaurant and the bar is stationed at one o'clock in the morning. Super nice Bob Dylan style, swimming pool until 9 o'clock in the evening, beach movies, massage, can go to the room or on the beach bed, next to the hotel is the place to rent a motorcycle, very convenient, if you want to go to the airport staff can also Help the car

We enjoyed playing with sweet Hasmine (their Dog) very adorable. But when it comes to the room, it is spacious but needed some pest control since it is starting to have termites. Also the smell of it starting to get stronger. Staff are nice, the area is good. The CR is great. It's big. The only problem is the hot shower. It doesn't have the option to lessen the degree of the water it automatically go up until 50°c.
