Ramaya Inn made my celebrations truly unforgettable. The banquet hall was the perfect venue, spacious and elegantly decorated, setting the stage for a joyous occasion.Also the rooftop dining added a touch of magic with its nice views and good food. It was a delightful experience, combining delicious excellence with a beautiful setting. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing retreat after the festivities. The lobby and reception area showcased the hotel's sophistication and attention to detail. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful sleep after a day of exploring Haridwar's attractions. The thoughtful amenities, are well-equipped and rooms have efficient storage, added to the overall convenience. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance showcased the hotel's commitment to guest satisfaction. The staff played a crucial role in making my stay memorable. Their friendly demeanor and efficient service contributed to the overall positive experience. Exploring nearby attractions like Har Ki Pauri and Mansa Devi Temple added cultural richness to my visit. For anyone looking to celebrate in style and comfort, Ramaya Inn is the perfect choice in Haridwar. Hotel staff is courteous, rooms are also neat and clean but the problem was that wash room is too small and uncomfortable. Hotel lacks lift and for elderly guests it is tough to climb.

We stayed in Kush Ganga from 21st-24th Dec'22. First of all, hotel is not fully accessible by car. You have to drop off other side of the bridge (if coming from Jolly Grant airport etc) and then walk about 300-400 metres , crossing the bridge to get to the hotel. However, hotel did sent their staffs to carry the luggage we had (and we had a quite a few of them, 5 big bags as travelling with 2 senior people and a kid!) Location of the hotel is very near to Har ki Pauri ghat, however, Ganges/Ghat is not directly visible from the hotel due to lanes in front of it. Pros - 1. Excellent behavior and service by hotel staffs - this includes from manager to the attendants for room service - very cordial , warm and always ready to help. 2. Good food (veg only, as entire Haridwar is veg) - restaurant is small but I would definitely say they server quite quickly and always ready to help with additional requests (like hot water, warming up the food if needed once more etc) 3. Location is very near to Har ki Pauri, nearest market area, nearby temples etc Cons - 1. Due to the location of the hotel - people with disability requiring a wheelchair or unable to walk/having a problem with knees due to age etc. might find it lil difficult to reach initially. Again , hotel staffs may arrange some rickshaw or something in that case if they are informed well in advance but keep in mind no matter where you are coming from - you have to walk up to the hotel at-least for 5-7 minutes. 2. They definitely need to install room heaters (can think of charging extra for using it but definitely need to provide it) - we visited in December and definitely felt the cold bed at night. Room heater is a must there and absolutely needed.

Visited their a few days ago with family. We had booked two rooms. The service and accomodation was exceptional. I really strongly recommend this hotel. The highlight was the amazing stuff who created to our every need and pampered us. The food was superb and the service was outstanding.

Memorable Stay... We visited in Classic to attend a marriage of my friend, it was a pleasant stay. They have a good space for around 300 people for the functions, they have hall and open area pool side also. Quite enough space for parking. Staff is very attentive and courteous, specially Mr. Sumit, Som, Vishakha at front and Mr. Deshraj, Kuldeep, virender in service. Once again thanks for the hospitality. We wisha to visit again...thanks

This hotel is perfect for staying with family and friends. In terms of hospitality, food, and location, it's the best I've experienced. The manager, Mr. Sachin, is exceptionally cordial and friendly; he's gone from being a stranger to a good friend. The food here is outstanding; I've never tasted anything so wonderful. If I remember correctly, the chef's name is Aadesh, and he truly works magic with flavors. I look forward to staying at this hotel whenever I get the chance. Sanjay Kumar

Hotel is 10 min away from haridwar station, the room is spacious, clean. The staff were very helpful and good. Definitely worth it one must prefer this hotel as it's nearby to most spots
