This little hotel is a real gem - situated in a rural area, between olive trees, vineyards and fields, the former finca offers rooms and wonderful pool-villas. The villas are of a very good size, in a tasteful design and offer a terrace with view to an unspoilt landscape and offer a pool from the size, that you can swim a little bit. It`s quiet and peaceful. You can hear the birds and the sheep-bells in the distance. Special thanks to Evgeni. For us he is the good soul of the hotel for some years now. He is always there when you need assistance or for a little chat . Only the restaurant felt a little bit down this year. On a balmy evening they refused us to sit outside. We quickly decided to go to our italian restaurant in Cala Rajada (there you can always sit outside, even on a stormy March-evening). Suddenly we were allowed to sit on the terrace. Other guests joined us. We were treated a little bit cold for our non-complying behaviour on this evening. Normally I would reduce one point for such an incident. But this hotel is so lovely, I don`t do it.

Have done 2 weeks of Junior Tennis Camp. One without and one while staying at the Academy… Tennis: There really isn’t much training. They just let the kids play, and play, and play… On the last day there is a ceremony where everyone gets a participation trophy. Fun fact: in both weeks we were there, it was always the biggest cheater in the whole team who received the sportsmanship award. One driver of this is that the “coaches” didn’t watch what was happening on the courts. Even on the final competition day… Key “value” taught: “Cheat as much as you can…” Organisation: They have an app that rarely works. Forget the schedule on the app. It constantly changes and you will never know where your kid is or is supposed to be… Yiu get access cards for the Academy that only work 50% of the time. Other: - We had some heavy rain upon which everything broke down for the rest of our stay. No spa, no pool, building materially flooded. Zero compensation. - You will virtually never get towels for the gym (or the pool, IF it’s open). Need to bring your own, but not from your room as that’s not allowed… - Around 2/3 of water stations don’t work - On the last day the kids have a ceremony, BBQ and festives. The parents, aka folks who paid for everything, don’t get anything - they can watch with no food and not even a glass of water. Awesome way to end the experience in a memorable way - You get free access to the Rafael Badal Museum - except you never get access because it’s always booked out Bottom line: Mass factory, highly commercialised, you are just a number.

Arrived later than expected due to terrible EasyJet shared transfer. Room was not as expected but after chatting to reception team paid to upgrade to the rooftop suite room 71. Totally amazing room with own plunge pool. Hotel is more of a 3 star plus. Has potential to be 4 star but some areas tired. Was not expecting food to be so good after reading some reviews. I’m a vegetarian and there was plenty of choice and all food was hot. We chose to seat outside and it was lovely overlooking the harbour. Drink very cheap. A lovely Rose and only 2.90 euros a glass. Staff nice and helpful when needed. The resort is lovely plenty of shops and other places to eat and drink. Overall a lovely stay.

we found Porto Cristo while on holiday in another resort earlier in the year and just had to book a stay in this wonderful place , and the only hotel we wanted to stay was The Felipe ! Sitting above the beach/harbour with views to heal the soul .We had a top floor room with all amenities , but the balcony is where we spent our time whenever we were in the room . The hotel was everything we hoped it would be with excellent personal service and excellent food served in the sea facing restaurant and veranda. The reception staff were very friendly and informative and all the staff we met were very polite and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The Felipe was kept very clean in all the areas used and the restaurant was spotless with a varied menu each night and the tables were cleared swiftly when people finished . We were only there for a long weekend and arrived early but ere able to leave our cases in reception and were told where to park the hire car up the road for free and from that moment on we had the best weekend. We had to check out at 12 on the last day but werent flying until later so they said we could leave the bags and use the spa showers later to freshen up before we departed . I cant recommend this hotel highly enough and we will 100% be returning to this wonderful place in beautiful Porto Cristo

Stayed here for a week with family. The hotel is situated at the quiet end of Cala Millor heading towards Sa Coma so it is a 10/15 min walk to the resort centre. And 20/30 mins to Cala Bona end. There is direct access to the beach which is rocky. The hotel is very modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. As other reviews have mentioned the AC is average. We had a sea view room with balcony. No tea/coffee facilities in the room which was missed when you get up early before your food slot. We were half board and the breakfast and dinner food selections were huge and varied. There was no rush to get sunbeds in the morning. We went down around 9:30/45 and there were still loads empty. If you want to sunbath all day then you need to go top left as this area is the only one that constantly has sun and the hotel is in between to high buildings Overall a lovely experience but wouldn’t return - just personal preference to where it’s situated

The room itself was spacious and cool with no air conditioner malfunction. I was satisfied with the cleanliness and well-stocked towels every time I went out. Both the reception and bellboy were friendly. As it was my honeymoon accommodation, I booked a place that was quiet and had a well-equipped restaurant, and I was very satisfied. The tapas bar was delicious, and the breakfast was also excellent. The sound of birds chirping every morning still lingers in my ears! It's quite far from downtown Mallorca, so I recommend coming just to enjoy this hotel! Even though I enjoyed everything during my 3-day stay, including the hotel's restaurant, spa, and swimming pool, it wasn't enough. It was really nice to be able to eat fresh fruit every morning. If you can afford it, I recommend a room with a terrace.
A great hotel for families, couples, and friends! A taxi from the airport costs about 100 euros!
If I go to Mallorca, I will definitely stay again^^

GGuest UserWe stayed here for three nights before moving to the sister hotel. From the moment we arrived we could not fault the service or the friendliness of everyone. Our room was beautiful with the most amazing bathroom including an outside shower. The bed was huge and very comfy and everything was spotlessly clean. The pool by the beach was lovely and again the service at the bar was excellent with us not having to move if we didn’t want to. The staff made our stay though, nothing was too much trouble and they went over and above for us. The hotel grounds are lovely, a peaceful and beautiful setting and perfect for a relaxing few days. The food in the restaurant was amazing and some of the best we have eaten anywhere. Thank you everyone for making our stay so lovely. We will come back.

DDebs DThe hotel is extremely smart and clean with comfortable beds, fluffy towels, the best breakfast buffet you have ever seen, and little nice touches that make your stay special, Friendly staff, lovely clean pool which was rather ‘refreshing’ end Sep. . The spa is a great addition and the massage was exceptionally good. Most guests appeared to be German or Spanish - very few English speakers. It was a 50 minute drive from the airport and easy to find. Nearly all rooms overlook at the sea - great view!. There are convenience shops near that stock a good selection of gifts, food and drink at reasonable prices. Beach is a bay with lounger rental €19 a day or €35 a day with a deposit box. A good location for Families and those not wanting a noisy nightlife - but it was still busy on the beach in the day. Not secluded if that’s what you are looking for. A great stay at this perfect hotel

The hotel was clean, beds comfortable, personal friendly , kind and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was really nice. The public bus stop was near the hotel , 3-4 minutes., the centrum with many shops and restaurants was 10 minutes walking . We really enjoy our staying in the hotel.

GGuest UserI booked the Senator in Cala Millor for a 6 night break for myself to chill out and relax. I knew the area and the fact that the hotel is right in the middle of restaurants, shops and bars and 10 yards from the beach and so this made it a perfect location. I loved the room design and the lovely walk in shower. Vegan toiletries are provided so no need to take any with you. There’s also a hairdryer and, best of all, a fridge in the room along with tea and coffee making facilities. There’s a large tv but I struggled to find any English channels. Small criticism was the lack of plug sockets next to the bed to plug my phone in overnight. These were on the other side of the room. I also had no outside balcony or view but that was fine. The bed was amazingly comfortable and, although the hotel was quite full it was very quiet. I loved the rooftop pool which was perfect for cooling down in. At only 90cm deep it’s not really for swimming in. The hotel had a fair few books available in the lobby which was great for me as I read a lot on holiday. The only downside with the hotel was the lack of food available. They did a limited continental breakfast in the ground floor restaurant from 8-10.30 but there was no lunch or evening food and nothing available from the poolside bar either. Whether this was coming later in the season I don’t know. I believe the hotel is adults only too which I hadn’t realised when booking but which probably helped with the peace and quiet. The hotel appeared to have mainly German customers in the 6 days I was there. The rooms were cleaned every day and the whole place was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all very friendly too.

Arrived at 5am after a 6 hour delay and not feeling In the best of moods, met by a lovely lady on reception who immediately put us at ease, offering champagne and food. Explained all about the hotel etc. She was amazing think her name began with M (apologies) Room is OK nice view. The door entry is attached to a funky bracelet on your wrist. Staff are amazing and the food is ok. Some people complain about the food but we have found no issues. Sea and shops 5 minute walk. For a quite relaxed holiday defo recommend They found out we were on our honeymoon and we found champagne and chocolates In our room, very welcome suprise.

I booked the Amoros because there wasn't a lot of other options available in Cala Ratjada being out of season in November. The hotel is in a good area, very close to the centre and the beaches. It's not a 5* hotel but an excellent 3* hotel, well run, well maintained, friendly staff and spotlessly clean. The hotel is quite small which gives it a very friendly feel to it, pleasant sitting in the bar of an evening, very relaxing. Oh and the bar prices are very good as well, which helps😃 When booking the hotel through an agent, I hadn't realised I'd booked Half Board, I thought I was only staying on a B&B basis, I'm so glad we were Half Board, the food was excellent, far beyond what I'd expect at a 3* establishment, plenty of choice at both breakfast and dinner, we especially loved the cooking station where you could get fresh eggs cooked to order at breakfast and at dinner time, fish and meat cooked to order, delicious. The hotel exceeded our expectations and we will definitely return.

Just came back from holiday and had a lovely stay in Europa Apartments. ....Good.... - Walking distance to supermarket (Carrefour) - Quiet location to relax, but also not far to walk to beaches and restaurants - Free to park on the street, or near hotel - Nice room with balcony. Kitchen is equipped enough, have hairdryer installed, and aircon in living room - We love the swimming pool, and always have enough sunbeds to sit on, or chairs under the shade near the bar - Can borrow beach umbrellas at reception for free - Wifi is working well ... Needs Improvement... - Aircon only in living room, and nothing in bedroom. It can be super uncomfortable to sleep at night. Our aircon is poor and not blowing any cold air at all. Maybe add an electric fan to circulate the air - Ants everywhere! Maybe there is a way to get rid of them. We empty bins everyday and sweep the floor but they just keep coming back. - Maybe housekeeping at least every other day to change towels and bedsheets.

Slightly under whelmed after a great start. Arrived very early in the morning and there was a snack laid on fr late arrivals A*. Food fo rthe time was as to be expected from a £* hotrl buffet some nice touches with the chocolate fountain.Room was clean bed was OK. Toilet that you couldnt sit on properly as your knees are under the basin and head above the basin Hmmm. The staff were good but just need a few more on the bar by the pool quit long queues at some points. The lack of any sort of evening entertainment unless you went outside to an associated bar ( not inclusive) a major let down, The evening bar was stark and very bright with no music almost as if you were not wanted there. If your looking for typical Spanish hotel entertainment in the evening dont stay here. Would we stay again no which is a shame as good location etc but just lacked. Could do with a lounge open during the day if the weather is off
