"This stay experience exceeded expectations, especially to praise the front desk team! From the moment I arrived at the store, I felt full sincerity. We arrived at the store in advance and didn't arrive at the check-in time. The front desk lady smiled and said, ”Help you store your luggage first, the room will be cleaned up and you will be notified immediately”. The whole process did not let you wait too long to check in smoothly.
The procedures are very efficient. The check messages, WiFi passwords and breakfast time are clearly organized. They also take the initiative to ask ”Do you need a high floor or a quiet room?”, and adjust the room type according to our needs. In the evening, a friend visited temporarily, the front desk helped coordinate the visitor registration, and the attitude was always gentle and courteous; when I checked out the next day, I found that I forgot to bring the charger. I called and quickly found it. I also said intimately that ”you can help you express delivery to pay”. The details are too extra points.
The whole process does not have a blunt sense of process, but is as thoughtful as a friend. This professional and warm service is definitely a reason to come back next time!"

"The hotel is located on the edge of the city government and museum, almost the highest building in Qingyang. The hotel door is being renovated. When we arrived, it was night. The door was dark. In order to find the door, we turned around for about 10 minutes. Finally, we found the import and export in a crack. Later, we found that there was a paper sign on the side of the fence. It was very difficult to find the first travel. It is recommended to set up a light sign. Entering the lobby, there is a strong smell of decoration. The room arranged for us, a strong smell of smoke when we pushed the door, and later adjusted one for us.
