i strotngly advise people not to stay in this hotel. we stayed in room 317 . we had bought a pair of runners for a family friend and they were stolen from the room. when we told the manger her reply was maybe you left them some were else ... OMG

Hotel was not what I was expecting. Photos on Internet had made me think it was by the beach - it was in town centre. The room was quite old fashioned with brown very worn furniture. However bathroom looked like it had been updated. Public areas were more modern. Breakfast quite good apart from the plastic fried eggs. Food in bar was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. I

Shocking service and treatment. The bar man Jordan priortises his friends and when I complained to the bar manager, tommy about the treatment recieved by another guest and Jordan, I was told he was too busy to listen to me and called me 'pet' like a child. I am 28 years old. I actually still can't believe it 😂😂😂

We discovered this when affordable nice places nearer Dublin were booked up. It was a good choice. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. They helped with complete and easy to follow directions for taking the train to our tour of Dublin and helped us solve a problem with our rental car. Our room was spacious with a large modern bathroom. Breakfast was very nice with healthy fruits and good hot foods and a friendly staff. Our package included a lovely dinner and a picnic lunch. The dinners were well prepared and one would have been enough food for 2 people. We arrived during a heat wave that was not typical for the area and wished we had had air conditioning but such weather is rare and most boutique hotels do not have AC. We had to sleep with open windows but the town is pretty quiet even on a Friday night and we slept comfortably. It is Saturday here now and so far it's still pretty quiet--even with a pretty busy bar downstairs

Myself and my husband had some cocktails and drinks in the bar last night and I have to say it was such an enjoyable experience. The staff are extremely obliging and friendly which makes all the difference when you’re spending your hard earned money somewhere so the staff are so important. We ordered our food late enough so we’re unsure about the quality but staters and mains absolutely gorgeous. Piping hot and the quality top notch. Will definitely be back soon 😊

This is the second time I have used this hotel for a group booking of golfers, playing some of the local courses. The welcome we received on checking in was exceptional with several staff welcoming us back. A special thanks to Emma at reception who could not be more helpful. Rooms are very spacious, comfortable beds and most rooms I saw had a double bed as well as a single, making them suitable for groups of friends. We had a 3 course dinner on two nights and the food was exceptional and staff in the dining room and bar were very helpful. With many exceptional golf courses in the area, the value afforded by this hotel, in my view, could not be beaten.

Great hotel, Great staff. Great food. Could not be better. I said I would mention the rascal Diane who was on reception ha ha told you I would do it. Great atmosphere and value very clean. Lovely looking hotel. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast is very good Will be back
